About Me
I am also a Certified Master Christian Holistic Counselor from the American Association of Christian Therapists, Inc. and Certified Holistic Practitioner under the International Alliance of Holistic Therapists. My desire is to help those that desire holistic healing for their body, spirit, and soul. Utilizing herbalism, intuitive counseling and spiritual advice, aroma and music therapy, relaxation techniques, and spiritual cleaning (physical and spiritual cleansing as well as home cleansing) through prayer and meditation. Holistic therapy can be used to address any number of challenges, in a diverse range of individuals. As an Afro- Native woman, I started to learn of my spiritual and natural inheritance. I am of Choctaw and Mayan descent because my family originally came from the Caribbean. I was also amazed to learn of my Hebrew ancestry. These discovers unlocked hidden wisdom in my life. My mind goes back to a dream I had 18 years ago where I took my hair down and it was long and grey/white. I heard the Lord say, "I have crowned you with wisdom beyond your years". This dream came back to my remembrance because as I learned more about where my people came from, God started giving me revelatory knowledge to bring forth healing to my family lineage from the effects of colonialism.. Our God is a God of lineage and spiritual inheritance. After prayer, my Chief from my tribe named me "Swift Star"; Swift because of my movements and star because I am a leader.

As a prophet, or "Holahta hopaii- which means prophet in Choctaw, I was called from my mother's womb to help bring healing and deliverance to those that God has assigned to me. God called me to the realm of healing, and as a prophetic healer and sage I have combined holistic methods, the wisdom of my ancestors, and the revelatory knowledge from God in order to help people walk in the fullness of their healing and freedom!

A holistic approach may be beneficial in the treatment of: Depression Anxiety Concerns related to mood regulation Somatic ailments Stress Trauma such as abuse and sexual assault As an apostle and prophet, I have been an ordained minister for 12 years, I have a Bachelors degree from Troy State in General Psychology, minor in Sociology, Master in the Administration of Criminal Justice from the university of Phoenix . I have two honorary degrees from the World Missions School of Preparation in Sacred Music and Ministry. I am an entrepreneur and I launched my own school in 2018 called the Apostolic Institute of Higher learning to train five fold ministry leaders. I am also the Founder/CEO of my own non-profit organization, Theta Phi Sigma Christian Sorority, Inc. I founded the organization on my mother's birthday September 23, 2009. Over the years I have helped countless women receive healing, find their purpose, and walk in the destiny.
God has charged me to release healing as a Practitioner and minister. He’s called me into the the secular sphere outside of the four walks of the church to help people start their own journey to self healing. The Holy Spirit will lead and guide us. He spoke to me and said, there is only so much that the altar can do...then there comes self-accountability for your own healing. It’s going to take the prayer of faith and action. So I’m honored that God saw fit to call me inside and outside of the church. It blows my mind when I learn the depthness of this assignment he has given me. Even though some may not understand my calling because it’s different... doesn’t mean that it’s not God. This area of Christianity and Holistic health is needed. There are way too many Christians especially leaders that are broken.

God morning blog: The Juniper Tree Experience; Depression.
After displaying the power of God on Mt. Carmel Elijah went into depression. Out of all the trees, the prophet was specific about what type of tree he sat under. The Bible also gave us the specific tree. The juniper tree is supposed to be a tree of protection. Was it coincidental that the prophet sat under this tree? I honestly don’t think so because he feared for his life. Jezebel was threatening to kill him and she had already killed many. There was an “target” on the prophets in the land and Ahab and Jezebel were the king and queen in the land. Even today many of in the African American community are afraid because there is a target on black lives by the police brutality; that brings forth fear.
Elijah was depressed and didn’t want to live anymore. However he went to a tree that was known during his time for certain health and spiritual benefits. It was used to treat mental disorders and helped to clear the mind. Juniper is one of the most common aromatic ingredients found in Tibetan incense. It is used as a base in many different incense recipes and is known for its stimulating and mind-clearing properties, its cleansing and purification of the atmosphere, its calming and relaxing effect on the nerves, and its sharpening of mental awareness and alertness. It helps to freshen the senses and the mind, while opening the nasal passages and respiratory tract. It has been widely burned since antiquity as a fumigant to stave off viruses and plagues of sickness all over the Mediterranean and surrounding regions. It has also been a symbol of strength, fertility, and longevity for centuries. In Ayurveda, the berries are a popular remedy for many digestive disorders and psychological imbalances.
It can be used holistically for nervous tension, depression and stress related conditions; and boost the spirit in difficult situations. Elijah was not only praying and mediating out there alone but he also went to a tree that could help treat certain ailments that were connected to his stress. God sent an angel to feed him (PROVISION) then told him to RISE UP and EAT! We will have our moment then we must rise up in the strength of God and eat! It is important that as we pray and seek God for justice, that we also take care of our health. We too need to be responsible and knowledgeable when it comes to our mental health. If the great prophet Elijah battled with the spirit of depression then we already know it will try us as well. God spoke to him to remind Elijah of how powerful his God is. Then God brought justice in the land. We too will see justice, however we must also do what ever we can to keep our minds clear and focused in order for God to use us.
“But he himself went a day's journey into the wilderness, and came and sat down under a juniper tree: and he requested for himself that he might die; and said, It is enough; now, O Lord, take away my life; for I am not better than my fathers.” 1 Kings 19:4
